Carmen Gowans a longtime resident of Chester, New York died peacefully on March 14, 2019, at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill, New York. She was years 80 years of age. The family has selected to have private wake service in our Chester, NY location. Graveside services with prayers will follow at St. Columba R.C. Church Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Thomas F. Flynn and Brendan T. Flynn and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
