James was 76 years of age.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers at 3 Hudson Street, Chester, New York 10918.
A Service will be held at the funeral home at 2:30 PM.
Cremation will follow at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc, under the immediate care and supervision of Thomas & Brendan Flynn.
