Johnnie N. L. Miracle Wurtsboro, NY Johnnie N.L. Miracle of Wurtsboro, New York a retired Welder and Machinist for 41 years, and a 32 year resident of the area, died September 16, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill, New York. He was 72 years of age. Johnnie was the son of the late Dorethy and Neil Cunningham Miracle. He was born in New Jersey, in the year 1944. Johnnie was a Veteran of the United States Army, and served honorably in Vietnam. He was a member and former Commander of the Shawangunk Mountain VFW Post 4947. He was a loving husband, beloved father and a great friend to many. His smile would light up a room. He was married to the love of his life, Linda L. Miracle, who pre-deceased Johnnie. He is survived by his children, Susan and Michael Sturm of Bullville, NY, John Miracle of Bloomingburg, NY, Sandra and Erwin Benz of Bullville, NY, and Luther Miracle of Wurtsboro, NY. His 7 grandchildren Amanda, Courtney and Christina Miracle, Charlie and Kassie Sturm, along with Joseph and Nicholas Benz, also survive him. He is further survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 during the hours of 5:00 to 9:00 PM at Morse Funeral Home, Inc., located at 33 Railroad Avenue, Middletown, NY. Services will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Burial with Military Honors will follow at the Bloomingburg Cemetery, located in Bloomingburg, NY. Arrangements have been entrusted to Thomas F. Flynn, and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
