Robert has born in Philadelphia, PA on August 28, 1936. He was a veteran who served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 4 years. Robert worked as a Postal Worker is White Plains, NY for 37 years before enjoying his retirement. Robert is remembered as a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather to all. He is predeceased by his wife Rita Scheufele, his son in law, Ralph Leiter and his 2 great-granddaughters Raelyn and Rylee Leiter. Robert is survived by his 2 daughters, Lisa Leiter and Ginny Scheufele, his grandchildren Kimberly Rothbauer and her husband Jared Rothbauer, Kristine Scheulele, Kyle Scheule, Ralph Leiter and his wife Kylene Leiter, and his great-grandchildren, Bryce Leiter, Rhett Leiter and Colton Rothbauer as well as several nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be held Wednesday December 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, located at 42 Goshen Ave, Washingtonville, NY. A burial will follow at Orange County Veterans Cemetery, located at 111 Craigville Rd, Goshen, NY.
