Barbara Rusch of Warwick, New York passed away on April 10, 2020, at the Schevier Pavilion in Warwick, New York. She was 85 years of age. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, her family will postpone the Life Celebration planned. Cremation will occur at Oxford Hills Crematory, inc., Chester, NY.
