Carmen E. Rosario

Carmen E. Rosario, also known as Eliza, a resident of Chester, NY, passed away on April 14, 2026, at the age of 78.

The daughter of the late Rafael Rosario and Guillermina Santiago, she was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico, on April 16, 1947.

Eliza was a dedicated sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her loved ones and traveling back and forth between her beloved Puerto Rico and NY. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Carmen E. Morales of New York, NY and Maria E. Morales of Chester, NY; her beloved grandchildren, Jashaia Hernandez, Manuel Flores, Jr., Joshua Rodriguez, Yesenia Flores, and Jaelyn Melendez, along with 3 great grandchildren, Damyan Bonilla, Mya Bonilla, Yandel Minier, and two more grand-babies on the way.

She is also survived by her siblings, Gabriela Rosario, Crusita Rosario, Irma Doris Rosario, Lydia Rosario, Gladys Rosario, Maria Luisa Rosario, Ramona Rosario, Luis Thomas Rosario, and Rafael Rosario.

There will be no public calling hours as per the family's wishes.

Final Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Brendan T. Flynn, Thomas F. Flynn, and Megan Morales, Directors and Certified Cremation Specialists of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
