Charles F. Dupper

Charles F. Dupper, Jr, a resident of Monroe, NY, entered into eternal rest on June 27, 2026, with his loving family by his side. He was 76.

The son of the late Charles F. Dupper, Sr. and Theresa Dupper, he was born in the Bronx, NY on March 21, 1950.

Charles was a retired dockman for Yellow Freight. A member of Woodbury Field and Stream Club, he was an avid gun collector.

He was also an enthusiastic Ham and C.B radio operator. 

Charles was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Mary Lou Gehring Dupper of Monroe, NY; his sons Russell Dupper of Monroe, NY, Brendan Dupper and his wife Allison of Campbell Hall, NY, his daughter Amanda Dupper Wolf and her husband David of Pine Bush, NY and his daughter-in-law Tara Dupper of Newburgh, NY; along with his grandchildren, Kayla, Ryan, Charlize and Brianna Dupper. His shining stars.

He is also survived by his brother, Douglas Dupper, and his partner, Janet Castellano. Charles was predeceased by his sister, Marguerite Wilson.

A Life Celebration will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 3 pm to 5 pm at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950.

Final Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Brendan T. Flynn, Thomas F. Flynn, and Megan Morales, Directors and Certified Cremation Specialists of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Woodbury Animal Shelter or the Regional Food Pantry of the Hudson Valley in honor of Charles.
