Christopher Sean Finnegan

Christopher Sean Finnegan, a resident of Bluffton, SC, passed away surrounded by his loving family on August 24, 2026, at the age of 47.

The son of Barbara and John Finnegan, he was born in New York City on October 11, 1978.

Christopher is survived by his loving parents, Barbara and John Finnegan; his siblings, Kevin (wife Elizabeth); Kelly (husband James); and Timothy (wife Caroline). He was predeceased by his brothers, Michael and John. He is also survived by his nephews, Luke, Daniel, Collin and Brady.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from  5pm to 8pm at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 10am at Sacred Heart RC Church, 26 Still Road, Monroe, NY 10950.

Burial will follow at 12:15pm at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 W Stevens Avenue, Hawthorne, NY 10532.

The family entrusted Christopher's care to the Flynn family and staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.

In honor of Christopher, Memorial Contributions can be made to MIB Agents, a pediatric cancer nonprofit.
