Devin Hooover a retired Con Edison worker died peacefully under the care of United Hospice on September 16, 2026.
As per the family wishes there will be graveside services with Military Honors at a later date to be announced.
Cremation care will be provided by Brendan T. Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, N.Y.
The family has entrusted the care of Devin to the Flynn Family and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremaion Memorial Centers.
