Florence Downs

Florence M. Downs March 16, 1923 - October 22, 2014 Florence Downs loving, devoted, and hardworking mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother died October 22, 2014 at Valley View Nursing Home. She was 91 years old. Florence is survived by her son Roger and wife Elaine of Pine Island, 2 grandsons, Bradley and his wife Brenda of Pine Island, Jason and his companion Erin of Greenville, One Great granddaughter Kayla of Pine Island, two sisters Dorothy Bovee of Michigan and Isabelle Brooks of Warwick and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. There will be no public viewing and cremation will be performed by Flynn Funeral Home. The family would like to thank the staff of Valley View for the wonderful care she received over the several years she was there.
