Frances Lillian Van Houten

Frances Lillian Van Houten of Port Jervis, N.Y., died peacefully on July 30, 2022 at Garnett Medical Center in Wallkill, N.Y.
As per Frances request services will be held privately at this time, with a simple cremation service.
She was born to Thomas P. Van Houten and Frances Giacone in Bronx, NY, raised in Long Island and moved to Highland Mills, NY.
Our "Little Franny" was always fun and young at heart. She loved her 80s rock music and could always be found dancing around to it.
She is survived by her son, Thomas G. Van Houten and his wife, Barbara; 3 grandchildren Robert, Matthew, and Diane; her sister Betty (and Jesus ) Soto; her niece, Rachel Soto, and many cousins.

Cremation care is under the immediate care and supervision of Thomas & Brendan Flynn.
