James N. Gowans, Jr. a longtime resident of Chester, NY, died peacefully on April 14, 2021 at his residence. He was 80 years of age. The family will hold visitation at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York on Monday, April 19, 2021. Visitation will be held during the hours of 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Funeral Arrangements and Cremation care have been entrusted to Thomas F. and Brendan T.
