Jonathan Scott Winkler of Monroe, NY, died tragically on November 2, 2021. He was 27 years old. Jonathan was employed at Trinity Solar in Chester, NY. He was a skilled, hard worker, with unmatched strength. Jonathan was the son of Eileen Canfield, and his father, the late Scott Winkler. He was known as "Jonnie" and was a fitness enthusiast, who frequented the gym daily. His passion for weight lifting was an inspiration and motivated others, to be their best selves. He also enjoyed fishing, fast cars, and motorcycles. He lived for riding ATVs and dirt bikes since a very early age. He was known for his fashionable style, and funny personality. He had countless jokes, and one-liners. Jonnie was so many great things to his family, and friends, he will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved him. In addition to his mother, Eileen Canfield, Jonathan is also survived by his brother Jesse Winkler, his sister Brittany Sullivan, his brother in law Shawn Sullivan, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, from here and abroad. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday November 13, 2021 during the hours of 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Flynn Funeral and Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc. located at 139 Stage Road in Monroe, NY 10950. A Celebration of Life will occur at 4:00 PM. Cremation will follow at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, New York. Funeral arrangements and cremation care have been entrusted to Thomas & Brendan Flynn and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
