Lelia Smith

Lelia Smith, a loving sister, mother and friend and a long time resident of Ellenville, New York passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, New York after a brief illness. She was 78 years of age. Lelia was born to Ernest and Julia Kells on July 25, 1937 in New York City. Lelia is survived by her sister, Julia Seeley; her brother, Ernest Kells; 2 grand children; 1 great-grandchild and her many nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. Cremation will occur at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, New York. Funeral arrangements and the cremation service have been entrusted to Thomas F.
