Rafael Arciniegas died peacefully on April 8, 2020, at New York University Hospital Langone in New York City. He was 83 years of age. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, his family will have a private viewing at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950. Burial will occur at the Chester Community Chester (Hill Section) at a date to be announced. The family will plan a Memorial Mass and Life Celebration later this year. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Thomas F. Flynn and Brendan T. Flynn and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
