Spencer H. Franklin of Monroe, NY and Brooklyn, NY died on November 4, 2019, at Brookdale Hospital, Brooklyn, New York. He was 55 years of age. His children are working with our firm in arranging a meaningful service, once all details are arranged a full obituary will appear on our website.
