Carolyn Suden Kohler

Carolyn Suden Kohler, a beloved resident of Warwick, New York, passed away peacefully at home on November 19, 2025, surrounded by the love and care of her Family.  She was 78 years of age.

Born on April 20, 1947, in Queens, New York, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Catherine Mary Fritz.

Carolyn devoted her professional life to a long and distinguished career in banking with Citigroup, where she was respected for her dedication, professionalism, and warm spirit.

Carolyn is the widow of Gerard R. Suden, who died in 1985, and Thomas Kohler, who died in 2016.

She is survived by her three sons, Gerard, Daniel, and Kenneth Suden; two daughters-in-law, Lisa Suden and Kerri Cambria; six grandchildren, Gerard Suden, Kelly Dougan, Kenneth R. Suden, Syrus Suden, William Suden, and James Suden; and great-granddaughter Lisette Dougan. She is also survived by numerous beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, both lifelong and new.

For those wishing to pay their respects, a memorial visitation will be held on December 6, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950.  A Life Celebration in her honor will begin at 4:00 P.M.

Carolyn's cremains will be interred at Orange County Veterans Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, New York 10924, at a later date, next to her late husband, Thomas Kohler.

Cremation care for Carolyn was respectfully provided by Brendan & Thomas Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY.

The Suden Family has entrusted Carolyn's care and the upcoming Life Celebration to the Flynn Family and the dedicated staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers.
